The REGISTRANT fee doesn't include the Gala Dinner ticket.
For each ACCEPTED paper at least one of the paper authors MUST register as REGISTRANT who adquiere the rigths to attendee the Conference.
After Oct 30 23:59 (GMT3) a paper without an REGISTRANT will be set to NO-SHOW status; (not included in the Final Program and not in Xplore Library).
For each ACCEPTED paper at least one of the paper author MUST be declared as the PRESENTER. One paper wihout oral presentation (virtual or on site) will be set to NO-SHOW status. Each PRESENTER MUST be registred as ATTENDEE or REGISTRANT,
Each registered author (as ATTENDEE or REGISTRANT) can be a PRESENTER for up to THREE works.
If any institution or person requires an invoice letter from the IEEE Uruguay Section associated with the registration costs for the Conference, it must be requested by emailing Irene Pazos at ipazos@ieee.org indicating a) the amount paid, b) the EDAS number of the associated papers, and c) the company name or names of the applicants. IEEE Uruguay is, by its nature, exempt from charging VAT.
